Standard Policy Agreement
Millionaire Productions works quickly once a project is approved and production begins. Timely customer communication is therefore required throughout an active project. Some orders require additional information, files, photos, wording, design selections, corrections, account details, decisions, or final approval before work can continue. If Millionaire Productions contacts you because something is needed from you, a response is required before the affected portion of the project can proceed.
Any completion, pickup, launch, installation, programming, or delivery date provided by Millionaire Productions is based on the information available at that time and assumes that the customer remains reasonably available to answer questions, provide materials, make selections, review proofs, and give approvals when requested.
If Millionaire Productions requests information, a decision, correction, file, approval, or other customer action and a response is not received, the project may be placed on hold immediately. Once a project is placed on hold for customer nonresponse, the original estimated completion or delivery date no longer applies.
Responding later does not automatically restore the original deadline or the project's previous place in the production schedule. Once the required response is received, the project will be returned to production based on Millionaire Productions' current workload, availability, and the amount of work remaining. A new completion or delivery timeframe may be provided at that time.
When a design proof, preview, draft, project file, or proposed configuration is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully and responding when approval, correction, or direction is requested. Check all names, spelling, phone numbers, addresses, website links, QR destinations, colors, images, pricing, wording, account details, and other customer-specific information.
Products requiring approval will not be printed, manufactured, published, programmed, installed, provisioned, activated, or finalized until the required approval is received. Silence, opening a file, viewing a project folder, or accessing a proof does not constitute approval and does not provide Millionaire Productions with the direction needed to continue.
Customers with active projects are expected to remain reasonably reachable. Millionaire Productions is not responsible for delays caused by unanswered messages, missing information, delayed approvals, incomplete decisions, requested customer changes, inaccurate contact information, or an inability to reach the customer.
If Millionaire Productions is waiting for your response, approval, selection, correction, file, account information, or other required input, your project is considered customer-delayed. Millionaire Productions is not required to continue designing, developing, programming, printing, manufacturing, publishing, provisioning, scheduling, or otherwise advancing the affected work while the required customer response is outstanding.
A project may be placed on hold without repeated follow-up attempts when prior communication has gone unanswered. Accessing or reviewing project materials without responding does not remove the hold, preserve a deadline, or count as project approval.
Once the required response is received, production will resume according to current availability. The customer should not assume that a previously discussed date, priority position, appointment, pickup time, launch date, or delivery timeframe is still available.
Millionaire Productions may provide customers with temporary access to a secure project folder, client portal, Project Vault, or similar workspace for reviewing designs, documents, proofs, instructions, project materials, and other information related to an active project.
Project Vault access is provided as a project-management convenience and is not intended to serve as permanent file storage. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer access to a project workspace may be removed 30 days after final delivery, project completion, cancellation, prolonged inactivity, or closure of the project.
Customers are responsible for downloading or retaining copies of any completed customer-owned materials made available to them before access expires. Access may be restricted or removed sooner if a project is cancelled, abandoned, placed on extended hold, remains unpaid, or if continued access could expose confidential, proprietary, internal, unfinished, or otherwise protected Millionaire Productions materials.
Removal of Project Vault access does not transfer ownership of unfinished work, internal development materials, proprietary systems, source materials, administrative tools, templates, methods, processes, or other materials that have not been expressly included as customer deliverables.
Millionaire Productions may retain project records internally for business, support, documentation, security, or legal purposes even after customer-facing Project Vault access has ended.
Final approval must be clear and affirmative. By approving a design, configuration, proof, or project direction, you confirm that you have reviewed the material presented and authorize Millionaire Productions to move forward with the applicable next step in production.
No response is not approval. If Millionaire Productions requests approval and does not receive it, work may stop until approval is received.
Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges if materials have already been printed, programmed, manufactured, ordered, published, configured, provisioned, or otherwise used. Reprints, replacements, revisions, reprogramming, or rebuilding requested because of information or design details that the customer previously approved may be treated as new or additional work.
Millionaire Productions stands behind the products and digital solutions we create. If a technical issue occurs as a result of our work, we will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and correct the issue.
Some products and services rely on third-party technology, including hosting providers, web browsers, mobile devices, NFC technology, APIs, social media platforms, payment providers, mapping services, operating systems, internet service providers, or other external systems. Because these services are outside of Millionaire Productions' control, we cannot guarantee their permanent availability, compatibility, or continued operation.
If a third-party change or other circumstance outside our control affects a product, Millionaire Productions will make reasonable efforts to identify an available solution. Significant modifications, replacement systems, new features, or rebuilding caused by third-party changes may require additional work and may be subject to additional charges. Any paid work will be discussed with the customer before it is performed.
If a product becomes permanently unusable and cannot reasonably be repaired, Millionaire Productions will work with the customer in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Millionaire Productions is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, device incompatibility, third-party policy changes, discontinued third-party services, customer modifications, misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a current phone number, email address, and mailing or service address so Millionaire Productions has reliable ways to contact them regarding their inquiry, order, project, approvals, scheduling, delivery, support, billing, or other customer-service matters.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the contact methods they provide and for responding when Millionaire Productions requests information or approval reasonably necessary to continue an active project. Failure to respond may result in the project being paused until the customer re-engages.
By providing a phone number and email address and accepting the communications acknowledgment below, the customer authorizes Millionaire Productions and service providers acting on its behalf to contact the customer regarding the customer's inquiry, order, project, account, support, approvals, scheduling, delivery, and related service matters by telephone call, text message, and email, including through automated technology where permitted by law.
This service-related authorization is intended to allow Millionaire Productions to communicate with the customer about an existing inquiry, purchase, or business relationship. Customers may request that a particular communication method no longer be used, subject to communications that may still be reasonably necessary to complete or service an active order.
Separate optional consent for promotional or marketing calls and text messages appears below. Marketing consent is not required to purchase from Millionaire Productions.
“I understand that an active project may require timely information, decisions, corrections, files, selections, or approval from me. If Millionaire Productions contacts me because my response is needed and I do not respond, my project may be placed on hold and work may stop until I respond. I understand that opening, viewing, or accessing project materials does not count as approval or as a response when Millionaire Productions has requested one. I understand that once my project is customer-delayed, any previously estimated completion, pickup, launch, installation, or delivery date may be lost and my project may be rescheduled according to Millionaire Productions' current availability. I understand that Millionaire Productions is not responsible for delays caused by my failure to respond or provide required information.”
By signing, I confirm that the contact information above is mine or that I am authorized to provide it, and that my electronic signature applies to the acknowledgments I selected above.
